Accreditation, Registration and Access

This accreditation process is exclusively for professional journalists working for media or academic outlets, and for freelance journalists with national/international journalist photo IDs.

Accreditation must be done by September 24, 2018.

Pre-Congress Registration

After registration, all personal data will be analysed by the Organising Committee of EAHM 2018. The media outlet/journalist will receive an e-mail about his/her accreditation approval.

All media professionals must register individually, even if more than one journalist is coming from the same media company. Each media company can have more than one professional covering the Congress.

During registration, the professional should attach a letter (wrote in the company letterhead) signed by the responsible editor and/or the company badge. If you are a freelancer, you should attach a copy of your Journalist ID.

On the Congress day, go to the registration desk to collect the EAHM press badge. Please note that an original photo ID or passport is required. 

 
Onsite registration
 
You will need to provide all the following press credentials at the registration desk:
- a letter (wrote in the company letterhead) signed by the responsible editor and/or the company badge
- a copy of your Journalist ID
 
 
 
Access & Services
 
Press registration is free and includes the following services: Access to scientific sessions, exhibition halls, press centre, press conferences and press material. Lunches or any other functions of the social programme are not included.
